Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mamacita & Crew, we want you to love every piece you order. Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Made-to-Order Products

No Returns on Made-to-Order Items
All Mamacita & Crew products are custom-made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we'll make it right.

What qualifies for a return/replacement:

  • Item arrived damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defect (e.g., misprinted design, faulty stitching)
  • Wrong item sent
  • Item significantly different from product description

To request a return for defective/damaged items:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Include clear photos of the issue
  4. Describe the problem

We'll review your request and, if approved, send you a replacement item at no cost or issue a full refund.

Wrong Size or Changed Mind

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check size charts before ordering)
  • Colour not as expected (please note that colours may vary slightly from screen to screen)

We strongly recommend reviewing size charts and all order details before placing your order.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to post the refund to your account

Shipping costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you'll need to:

  1. Place a new order for the correct item
  2. If the original item qualifies for return (defect/damage), request a refund following the process above

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking shows delivery, Mamacita & Crew is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Because we begin production on orders immediately, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order has likely entered production and cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately with your order number.
