At Mamacita & Crew, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personalisation errors made at the time of ordering. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@mamacitaandcrew.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will arrange a reprint of your item at no cost to you. If the reprint is not possible or the replacement also arrives with a fault, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Personalised & Custom Products
All personalised and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our production and delivery partners. If an order is confirmed lost, we will arrange a reprint or refund.
